We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

Wrong Item Received: You received an incorrect size, color, or completely different product from what you ordered.

Missing Items: Part of your order was missing from the package.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons, such as innerwear, socks, or custom products, unless they arrive damaged.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed through your original payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Bank Transfer) within 5-7 working days.

Cash on Delivery Orders: For COD orders, the refund amount will be sent to your preferred mobile banking wallet after deducting the shipping fee (if applicable).
5. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to our error (wrong item/damaged product), Kidz Shop will bear the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect size choice by the customer, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.
